Responsibilities

 

- Interface and Lead contractor planning team to establish construction master baseline schedule and level-4 schedule for key critical area as required.
- Reporting to PCM and is responsible for day to day running of the planning/ scheduling team and interface with the contractors planning/scheduling team.

- Creating W.B.S activities and weightage distribution.
- Defining activities, associated durations, and their inter relationships; informing the project team whenever the schedule does not appear to meet project objectives. Identifying key mile stones.
- Scheduling deliverables include work break down structure (WBS), mile stone schedules, base line schedule, critical path analysis, resource loading, and progress updating.
- Preparation of Manpower & Equipment Requirement plans.
- Providing weekly & monthly targets to the project team and monitoring the accomplishments. Liaise, consult and coordinate with all Engineers and Managers to incorporate relevant information that will effect in implementation of the project schedule.
